IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?

No. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit holds your appointment time and comes off of the price of the final session of your tattoo. If you absolutely need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice in order for you to use your existing deposit for a future appointment date. Your deposit can be used ONCE to reschedule with proper notification. After that, you forfeit your deposit and will need a new one to make another appointment. We stick to this rule because getting a tattoo is a time-consuming process (especially for a larger tattoo). Simply put, we want to make sure you are fully committed before we spend time on research and preparing for your tattoo.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Although cash is always appreciated, we do take credit and debit cards as well. We do not take checks. 

I WANT A TATTOO BUT I’M ON A BUDGET. HOW DO YOU DETERMINE PRICING?

Pricing varies based on which artist you book with, as well as the size and level of detail in the design. Some artists charge by the hour and others give a flat rate based on the clients ideas. If you have a budget you would like to stick to, let us know and we will point you in the right direction to the right design and artist for the job.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO GET TATTOOED?

The legal age to get tattooed is 18. No exceptions! Please come prepared with a government issued ID.

DO YOU SELL ALL THE AFTERCARE PRODUCTS I’LL NEED?

We have small samples of our preferred aftercare product, Redemption Tattoo Ointment available for purchase. This is usually a sufficient amount to help with the healing process, but you can purchase more if needed at tattoostuff.com

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SHOP?

We understand sometimes finding a babysitter is difficult, however we do not allow clients to have their children under 6 in the shop while getting tattooed. Anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult and is not allowed in the work areas. Although we love kids, it’s important for our clients and their artist to have one on one time without distractions. It’s crucial for the artist to concentrate on creating the best possible tattoo. Your appointment is your time to relax and focus on getting a beautiful piece of art.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We typically book most appointments through email or after an in person consultation. Please send a description of your ideas and correlating images, as well as a photo of where you want the tattoo to the artist you wish to book with. If a timeframe or budget is a factor, please include that in the inquiry as well. Upon reading your email, we will contact you as soon as possible to make your tattoo idea become reality.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET TATTOOED?

For most projects, we highly recommend setting up an appointment beforehand as our artists frequently have appointments. We occasionally have time for small walk in pieces, but if you are unsure of availability, please feel free to call or stop by the studio.

DO YOU DO PIERCINGS OR SELL JEWELRY?

No. Our main priority is to create high quality tattoos and have chosen our focus to be just that. However, we are happy to refer you to shops nearby that provide piercing services.
